Our Story
Welcome to POSTIBONA, where tradition meets excellence. Since 1890, our family-owned company has been dedicated to crafting and sharing the finest Mediterranean foods, bringing the authentic flavors of Spain to tables around the world.

TRADITION
Our roots trace back to 1890, when the Postigo Family began producing cured meats in Cantimpalos, Segovia. For more than 130 years, different generations have continued the family legacy, producing and distributing a variety of products around the world, from wines and meats to preserves and cheeses.
INNOVATION
Postibona was created by the fifth generation of the family with the goal of bringing the best of gastronomy to every table. We carry on the family legacy with a renewed spirit and a passion for working with new and innovative products.

POSTIBONA truly captures the essence of Mediterranean flavors! I recently tried their Gourmet Olive Oil and was blown away by its rich, authentic taste. It elevated my dishes instantly, and knowing it’s crafted with such tradition makes it even better.
